JORDAN PICKFORD believes his wonder-save against Chelsea can be the perfect legacy for his days at Everton – but only if they beat the drop.

The England No.1 produced a miraculous save of the season to deny Cesar Azpilicueta.

It has thrown Frank Lampard (below) and his stars a survival lifeline in their final five games, starting at Leicester today.

Pickford’s heroics have even been compared to the famous Gordon Banks save against Brazil to deny Pele in the 1970 World Cup in Mexico.

But the 28-year-old admits it will count for nothing unless the Toffees can avoid relegation.

“For me, that’s just what I’m called upon to do, so I don’t really rank my saves. But it was right up there,” he said.
