IT'S just a few days until the Manchester Marathon takes place, but already organisers are looking ahead to next year.
Yesterday, the date for the 2025 edition was revealed and it coincides with another major event.
Organisers have confirmed the 2025 Adidas Manchester Marathon will take place on Sunday, 27 April the same day as London Marathon.
It marks the first time in recent history that the UK's two biggest marathons will take place on the same date.
This means that a combined 90,000 participants and hundreds of thousands of supporters will take to the streets of Manchester and London next April. Registration for priority access for 2025 Adidas Manchester Marathon has now also opened.
