The father of the youngest victim of the Manchester Arena bombing has said he is preparing to sue security services over failures to act on intelligence that could have prevented the attack.
Andrew Roussos, dad of Saffie Roussos who was eight when she was murdered by suicide bomber Salman Abedi, previously said MI5 have 'blood on their hands.
A public inquiry into the atrocity found the security service failed to follow up on information that could have stopped the attack.
Speaking on Times Radio yesterday, Mr Roussos said MI5 must shoulder the greatest proportion of blame for the attack in May 2017, in which 22 people were murdered.
