Leasing among industrial and logistics businesses recorded a 40 per cent quarter-on-quarter growth during the July-September quarter and 18 per cent on a yearly basis, according to a report by real estate consulting firm CBRE South Asia.
The report titled ‘India Market Monitor - Q3 2022’ highlighted the growth, trends, and dynamics across all segments of the real estate sector in India. Among the cities, Delhi NCR and Mumbai led absorption, together accounting for 57 per cent share.
