But there is a catch; amongst morals, Godcat's magical powers are not as powerful below, as it had once been above, so every mission requires an extra measure of wile. After several failed attempts at pulling the Higgins family closer, Godcat eventually succeeds, and expects to be instantly teleported back to heaven. Of course, that doesn't happen...
