Ten critical patients are currently receiving treatment at the district's medical college, while health officials have set up a camp in the village to provide medical care. Health department staff conducted a health check-up for the affected residents, identifying 45 cases of diarrhea so far.
According to Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr. P. Kudeshiya, the situation is under control, although 2-4 new cases are being reported daily. Necessary medicines are being distributed, and water samples from multiple sources in the village have been collected by the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department for testing, with results expected within 1-2 days.
