PCMC issues construction guidelines

The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has introduced a series of new stringent measures to ensure sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices.

These directives, issued via a circular on Dec 19, were finalized following feedback from citizens and discussions with the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI).

The new rules aim to address key concerns such as noise pollution, water conservation, and waste management in the city limits.
