The owners of spa, massage centres and beauty parlours will have to provide full details of the staff working at their institutions along with their identification documents to police. The instructions under Section 163 of BNSS have come after a crackdown on spa centres on Saturday. The details of the staff should be submitted at the local police stations in the prescribed format, commissioner of police Bhopal Harinarayanchari Mishra said.
The same guidelines will be applicable to private security agencies, courier and delivery boys, hotel and restaurant staff, labourers, mechanics etc engaged in construction works. Their employers have been told to submit details with ID proofs.
