Still ruling the collective mindset of the ardent OTT watchers and followers as JK Talpade of Family Man, Hashmi has surprised audiences with his memorable roles in the past few years. He was last seen in ZEE 5's mystery endeavor titled Khoj, where he plays the man who refuses to recognize his own wife, even if the daughter insists that she is the mother, as indeed all the other elements legitimize the identity of the woman in question, played by Anupriya Goenka.
