55 samples sent to laboratory for testing

In the presence of ATS Gujarat and NCB, 55 samples were sent to the laboratory for testing, said officials here on Wednesday.

ATS Gujarat and NCB are on the hunt to nab raw material suppliers and the buyers of the finished drugs.

On October 6, the Gujarat ATS and NCB had seized 907 kg of MD in both liquid and solid forms, with an estimated value of Rs 1,814 crore in the international market. The NCB had asked the court to certify their seizure and thereafter the five member team of JMFC also reached the factory and initiated the action.
