He met Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain after joining the secretariat on Tuesday.
IAS Rajat Kumar is likely to also join after two days. He will be followed by IAS Dr. Rohit Yadav. Rajat Kumar had gone on central deputation in August 2019. Dr. Yadav has also been in Delhi since August 2018. Kataria had gone on central deputation before him in July 2017.
With the return of these three, the state administration will get secretary level officers.
