Maha Sadan project: No discharge for Bhujbal-linked firm
The Free Press Journal|October 27, 2024
The special court for Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) has refused to discharge M/s KS Chimankar Enterprises and its three partners booked for alleged irregularities in contracts for Maharashtra Sadan in New Delhi, the RTO at Tardeo and an SRA project in Kalina.

The court said that there is enough evidence to proceed against them.

Special judge AU Kadam said that the documents on record prima facie "disclose the existence of ingredients constituting the alleged offence", and the contentions put forth by the applicants to clarify the allegations can be considered at the time of a full-fledged trial.
