RTO visits anganwadi unit, voices concern over water-filled playground

Says it may cause illness to children and urges councillor to clean it up

A team of the transport department led by RTO Nisha Chouhan has voiced concern over the water-filled playground at an Anganwadi centre in Gwaltoli.

Chouhan said mosquitoes might grow in the playground and cause illness to the children. She discussed the issue with the councillor of ward number 31 Narendra Patel and urged him to get the ditches filled and keep the surroundings of the centre clean. Patel assured Chouhan that the work would be done within two days.
