However, a bench, headed by Justice Sanjiv Khanna, issued notice and agreed to DISPUTE examine the special leave petition filed by the Management Committee of the Shahi Masjid Idgah against the dismissal of their application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC (Code of Civil Procedure).
The Bench, also comprising Justice Sanjay Kumar, said that the present plea will be taken up for hearing in the week commencing November 4, along with a pending clutch of petitions pertaining to the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah Masjid dispute.
