Ten NY Revelers Die As Driver Runs Amok

At least ten people were dead and 30 injured when a man, "hell-bent on carnage," drove a pickup truck into a crowd of NY revelers in New Orleans.

The attack occurred along Bourbon Street, popular for New Year eve parties. The driver rammed into the group at high speed, then got out and started firing a weapon. Witnesses claim the suspect was 'wearing full body armour' and 'armed with an assault rifle'.

Videos circulating on social media show multiple casualties on the ground with shots ringing out in the background. People were also seen fleeing from the area.
