The city police have increased patrolling near Mithibai College and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) University in Vile Parle after some anonymous social media posts, purportedly from the female students of the two institutes about the harass ment they face on the streets outside the campus.
Both the institutes are run by the Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM), a city-based educational organisation, and are among the prominent higher education institutes in the city.
