Ben Birnie, aged 39 and Chesca Ford, aged 33, shipped their camper van, named Sophia, over to Canada last year.
Now, they are driving the Pan American Highway, the longest road in the world, that leads from the far north of Alaska to the south of Argentina.
So far, the couple have travelled the Dalton Highway, Alaska's most remote and dangerous road, stretching 440 miles through mountains and Arctic tundra. This route was filmed in the TV show, Ice Road Truckers. At the end of that isolated long road is the official start of the Pan American Highway.
Chesca said they encountered a rare black wolf as they crossed into the Arctic circle. The couple say they've not noticed any other UK vehicles so far, though they are still at the beginning stages of their adventure.
Their experiences have been expertly documented with videos on YouTube that include drone footage and soundtracks to fully capture the landscapes they have travelled through.
