A HUSBAND and wife from Cornwall say they are at their wits' end after ordering an £800 iPhone 15, only to receive a Belkin Powerbank.
Ever since the package was delivered, Sam and Lianne Pengelly, from Liskeard, have chased Apple to get it sorted but have had no luck. They have been told that the expensive mobile has been successfully delivered so no replacement or refund is possible.
Lianne suspects that the person packaging the iPhones has realized they weigh the same and are the same size as a power bank, so has sent the package out and stolen the phone. Lianne says Apple's response has made her and Sam feel like criminals.
Lianne said: "It's just awful. You couldn't make it up. We really can't believe it and can't believe Apple is with the carrier not willing to do anything about it.
