Elisha helps the hospital which saved her life

A CHIROPRACTOR from Plymouth and her family have raised almost £3,000 by completing a triathlon in aid of the hospital which provided life-saving care for her after traumatic brain injury.

Elisha Bach-Price suffered a traumatic brain injury at the age of 20, but was nurtured back to health thanks to the work of the Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Southampton.

Elisha was placed in an induced coma and underwent a cranioplasty, meaning part of her skull was replaced, after the injury in March 2017.
