Harry Totham started whizzing around on two wheels at the age of four, and last year joined Dartmoor Velo Club, based in Tavistock.
Last year he finished the 33km route at the Tour de Moor, raising more than £650 for St Luke's Hospice.
This year he took part in two cycling series and was runner-up in his category in both. Harry completed five road-racing events in the South West Youth Series, and then competing in five more events in the South West Cross Country series. He finished second overall in the Under 10s category for both events.
