A NEW budget food warehouse has opened in Plymouth, offering discounted foods that are near or past their best before date.
Rogers Wholesale Foods has opened in Plympton's Lister Close, opposite Aldi and Chaplins.
Rogers began eight years ago and previously had a unit on Burrington Way Industrial Estate, but that space closed earlier this month to make way for a bigger premises in Plympton.
