New energy efficient homes for Ivybridge

A BATCH of 24 new energy-efficient homes are due to be built in South Hams. Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is delivering the affordable properties in Ivybridge.

PCH is the largest social housing landlord in Plymouth, managing 16,000 homes within the city, as well as across the surrounding drive-to-work area.

The 24 new homes, consisting of one-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses, are being developed within the Filham Chase development in Ivybridge, following the previous provision of 15 two and three-bedroom homes.
