THE company behind a Plymouth care home which started trading at the height of the Covid pandemic has secured its future by buying the building- and is planning an upgrade.
Arterne Care Ltd, which runs Thornbury Villa, has completed the acquisition of the property almost three years after taking over the care home during one of the most challenging times for the sector.
The Peverell home, which comprises 14 rooms, provides residential accommodation, Care and support for people aged 65 and over. Arterne Care Ltd's directors Cindy Willcocks and Andrew Nicholls took over the home in 2021.
