The second-placed Pilgrims return to League One action against relegation-threatened Morecambe at the Mazuma Stadium today in the first of two Easter fixtures which could be pivotal to the outcome of their season.
Argyle will then host mid-table Lincoln City at Home Park on Monday, and Scarr is determined that Argyle put behind them the huge disappointment of their one-sided loss at Wembley.
Scarr said: “Obviously, the weekend didn’t go how we wanted it to. Everyone associated with the club was disappointed with the result and performance.
“We have got eight ‘cup finals’ to go. We are in an unreal position - joint top with 80 points, which is what we finished on last season and we have got eight games to play.
“So we have got everything to play for and we haven’t got time to be down. We have got to pick ourselves up and go.”
The Argyle players, staff and their families all spent some time together at a hotel on Sunday night, which briefly lifted the mood of ‘doom and gloom’, according to Scarr.
“Monday was bad, travelling back, and then Tuesday we had a meeting, squashed it and said ‘Look, come on we have got massive games to go’.
