The sensational incident was reported from the Rajouri Garden area of west Delhi in the late hours of September 1 when a head constable, who was patrolling in the area, saw a man walking in suspicious circumstances without wearing any shirt.
"Head constable Ajay telephonically informed the police station around 1.20 am after which the suspected person was brought to the police station and questioned,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Vichitra Veer said.
