Suspected mpox case in Malappuram

A 38-year-old man from Malappuram in Kerala has been admitted to the Government Medical College Hospital, Manjeri, with suspected symptoms of mpox (monkeypox).

According to the state health department, the person's samples have been sent to the Kozhikode MCH for further tests, with results awaited. The man had arrived from Dubai last Thursday.
