The bullet-ridden body of migrant labourer identified as Ashok Kumar Chavan from Baka district of Bihar, was recovered from the Wandana, Malhora area of Shopian in the morning today.
SSP Shopian Anayat Ali Choudhary told this newspaper that the body bore four bullet marks. "The migrant worker was killed by militants and it is a militancy incident," he said.
