Phinma launches first township in Bacolod

Phinma Properties has launched its first township development in Bacolod City called Saludad.

The property development arm of the Del Rosario family's Phinma Group is investing P12 billion for the development of the 21-hectare township.

The company said that the project is part of the Phinma Group's commitment "to making lives better by creating sustainable communities and spurring regional development."

Saludad will have a business district with commercial opportunities for local entrepreneurs and professionals.
