Mr Shah, while speaking at the launch of a book named Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh: Through the Ages further said that people often asked him what was the connection between Article 370 and terrorism, to which he said that they were not aware that it was this status which allegedly attempted to sow the seeds of separatism in the minds of the valley's youth.
Mr Shah further claimed that after the abrogation of Article 370, terror incidents have reduced by 70 per cent.
