This is creating plenty of job opportunities for people who want to work near their families.
The cost of living in big cities such as HCM City is getting more and more expensive. Rising population means that commuting in big cities is massively slowed down by traffic jams, and air pollution is also a problem. Many factories are also moving to provinces with attractive land rent fees and favorable policies, especially for local workers.
