Much political significance is being attached to Ruhullah's warning to the Congress leaders as Article 370 has become a poll plank of BJP in the Maharashtra and Jharkhand Assembly elections where the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah in their rallies were questioning the stand of Congress on the issue.
