Sacked minister and Congress MLA Rajendra Singh Gudha who created a political storm after hinting at a ‘Red Diary’ that purportedly contains details damaging to the Ashok Gehlot government in Rajasthan, today joined the Shiv Sena, led by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, at a private function in his home town at Gudha in Neemkathan district.
In a full page advertisement appearing in local vernacular newspapers for the last two days, Mr Gudha's minor son Shivam who is marking his birthday, issued an appeal to welcome Mr Shinde on his arrival today.
Mr Gudha is likely to get a coordinator post in the state unit of the Shiv Sena headed by Chandraraj Singhvi.
