THE Tories are accused of rewarding their voters with new hospitals at the expense of Labour areas.
Nine of the 11 newbuild hospitals due to open by 2030 are in the constituencies of Tory MPs – while sites in Labour seats are left to crumble.
Last year, inspectors found leaking roofs, broken ceiling panels and freezing pipes at University Hospital of North Tees in Stockton-on-Tees.
