Amy Jackson to play a British girl in her comeback film

Life seems to have come full circle for Amy Jackson, career-wise. The actress, who debuted in the Indian film industry with Vijay’s period romance Madrasapattinam, is all set to make her comeback in the south with the director’s next — a Tamil-Telugu bilingual Acham Enbathu Illayae starring Arun Vijay. That’s not all; like in her first film, she will be playing a British woman in this film, too.

“The film is special for both Vijay and Amy, who is returning to the big screen after the 2018 release 2.0,” says a source, “The team started shoot in September in London, where major portions of the film will be canned.”
