Raja Singh’s explanations a ruse to escape PD Act: Govt

Hyderabad: The explanations offered by suspended BJP MLA Raja Singh’s counsel to claim that he never named or insulted Prophet Muhammad was nothing but an afterthought to wriggle out from his imprisonment under the Preventive Detention PD) Act, the state told the Telangana high court on Wednesday.
