Mumbai: Chahal’s order comes after several former corporators, MLAs and civic activists complained of lack of transparency under the administrator, and a complete absence of checks and balances in the BMC since the term of the civic general body ended in March this year.
“Orders are being issued to put all resolutions on the website. There is nothing to hide. Every decision will get audited one day, even if we don’t put it up on the website. We have done things purely on merit and we have nothing to hide,” Chahal told TOI.
