One meme after another and before you know it, it’s 3 am. With a restless mind and a sleepy body, you continue browsing through the information just hoping to fall asleep.

WHY BUILD A BEDTIME ROUTINE?

Sleep pattern is directly connected to our mental and physical health. It’s one of the most natural processes and yet so difficult sometimes. Surely, you’ve tried wrapping yourself in cosy blankets and making your body feel tired so it’s ready for bed, but it doesn’t always work because your mind is still not ready. A bedtime routine will help you prepare your mind for bed. To lead your body to deep sleep follow basic rules like working out before your last meal of the day. You can take also take a walk after your meal. Remember to have dinner a few hours before your bedtime. And then, lead your mind to sleep.
