Leadership is an endless mystery. And despite all the research and writings on it, there is always room for more. Here is my ABCDE of it…
• A - Aggregative: Leadership is eventually about the ability to transfer the capacity of individuals to an aggregate collective resolve and effort. Leadership could follow multiple approaches and routes to secure it, but this is a non-negotiable. One cannot claim to be in the business of effective leadership if one is not able to reconcile varying opinions, mindsets and even power centres to a shared and aggregated one purpose and one force. It calls for influence, inspiration, persuasion, integrity and charisma.
