BJP Sets 12-Point Agenda For Polls

New Delhi: Union minister Piyush Goyal released a 12point ‘Sankalp Patra’ on Friday, promising free bicycles and scholarship to meritorious girl students in Delhi, financial aid to poor widows for daughter’s marriage, 50 kitchens offering meals for Rs 5, houses for jhuggi dwellers with central government help, waiving off of licences for factories in authorised industrial areas and mobile app for faceless services.

Releasing the manifesto, Goyal alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party government's achievements were simply corruption and publicity. He said the Arvind Kejriwal-led party had been exposed and the “people betrayed by it will no longer be misled”. He said, “AAP never fulfilled the constitutional obligation of the government to cooperate with the municipal corporation. It never gave the funds that were due to MCD.”
