I MAKE SURE TO CHECK ON MY FRIENDS OR PEOPLE CLOSE TO ME: KAMYA PANJABI

I feel not just on World Mental Health Day, one should always talk about issues like these. Usually, people say that one should seek help when they are going through depression or anxiety, but as a family member or friend, we should take the initiative to check up on our loved ones too. I check on my friends or people close to me, and they do the same for me. Also, during the pandemic, many people lost their jobs, including in our TV industry. I feel that they should be called back and given some work, which will help them financially and mentally as well. To keep my mental health in check, I keep myself positive and keep my loved ones close to me... that really helps.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO REALISE THAT ONE IS GOING THROUGH A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE: ALI ASGAR

Anyone who goes through any mental ordeal should talk about it with his friends, colleagues or family. But first, it is important to realise that one is going through a mental health issue. I usually go for a walk with friends, spend quality time with family and do everything that makes me happy to be mentally fit and keep myself in check.
