Make this year an extra special one for dad with a journey through fine Italian cuisine, as Altro Zafferano unveils a contemporary Italian gastronomy journey curated by Executive Chef Andrea de Paola and Head Chef Daniele La Rocca.

Sophisticated and creative, the new Journey Menu is an epicurean story of cherished food memories with their families and loved ones, and a reverence to the produce of regions they call home.

The menu commences with an enticing quartet of canapes inspired by breakfast in Italy, both sweet and savoury. The Sicilian dessert Cannolo, Parmigiano, Balsamico, Shiso is a crisp cannoli filled with 12-year-old parmesan cheese fondue refreshed with candied lemon zest and white balsamico gel.
