One year on from its launch, Path launches new menus in an entirely new dinner format. The next chapter of Chef Marvas’ culinary life continues to interpret East Asian flavours through French fine dining culinary techniques, with every dish a memory and also a seamless whole of layered flavours and textures.

This year, Chef Marvas presents a six-course Voyage and an eight-course Expedition prix fixe menu - each a story of exploration into new frontiers of creativity where every dish is elegant, sumptuous, delicate, yet familiar and heart-warming.
