MATT'S DELIGHT OVER RECORD

The high-flying Chairboys made it nine wins on the spin in all competitions - and seven in the League - for the first time since becoming a Football League club.

Tendayi Darikwa put the hosts ahead, but Wycombe who saw Luke Leahy have a second-half penalty saved hauled themselves to 3-1 up thanks to goals from Richard Kone, Fred Onyedinma and Joe Low.

Darikwa's second came too little too late as the Imps suffered a first league defeat in five.

Bloomfield, who side are four points clear at the top, said: "To break those records and get ourselves another win, we're extremely proud.

"The character of the players to keep believing in everything they do, keep believing in the process and keep playing the way they're playing, is brilliant.
