ROOKIE Joe Edwards hailed a dream start to his managerial career after his Millwall side stormed to a 4-0 victory at struggling Sheffield Wednesday.
Murray Wallace, George Saville, Wes Harding and Brooke Norton-Cuffy all netted as the Lions ran riot at Hillsborough.
Former Chelsea assistant manager Edwards, 37, said: "The scoreline is real ly impressive, but the performance is the best thing.
"It's fantastic to get off the mark with a 4-0 win and a comfortable performance."
Liam Manning kicked off his Bristol City reign with a goalless draw at QPR, while new Bradford boss Graham Alexander saw his side lose 2-1 at home against Barrow.
