But a second from Linney followed by Matty Kosylo’s late equaliser secured a vital point for the Robins and made up for their FA Cup defeat at Solihull a month before when Moors won on penaltlies.
“They had one chance after the first few minutes, but after that they didn’t have any, they didn’t get near our box really,” Solihull boss Andy Whing said.
He added: “We shot ourselves in the foot. We should be comfortably winning that game against a good team.
“I thought we dominated that game, we outplayed them and we should be coming home with the three points.”
