INTRODUCING IPHONE MIRRORING
One of the standout features of macOS Sequoia is iPhone Mirroring a revolutionary addition that expands the Continuity capabilities between Apple devices. With iPhone Mirroring, users can access and control their iPhones directly from their Mac, providing a unified and seamless experience.
This feature replicates the iPhone’s interface on the Mac screen, complete with custom wallpapers and icons. Users can navigate through their iPhone apps, respond to notifications, and perform tasks such as drag-anddrop operations between their iPhone and Mac. The integration also extends to audio, allowing users to listen to iPhone audio through Mac speakers. This functionality enhances multitasking and ensures iPhones remain secure and private, locked during mirroring sessions. StandBy mode keeps information at a glance, bridging the gap between mobile and desktop environments.
SAFARI ENHANCEMENTS
Safari, Apple’s flagship web browser, has received a significant update in macOS Sequoia. The new Highlights feature transforms how users discover information on the web, providing quick access to relevant details such as directions, summaries, and links related to the content they view. This makes it easier for users to explore and understand content without leaving the page they are on. A redesigned Reader mode now offers a distraction-free reading experience with streamlined article views, summaries, and a table of contents for longer pieces. Moreover, the new Viewer function enhances video playback by bringing videos to the forefront of the browsing experience, complete with comprehensive playback controls and Picture in Picture mode. These updates make Safari a faster browser and a more intelligent and userfriendly tool for web navigation.
