Everyone has a fear of death and one of the best ways to cope is to map out what they want to do before. Some people might just find it difficult to decide what else to add, other than some generic "go skydiving" or "go to a Hozier concert." It's honestly intimidating to decide what to do even tomorrow, let alone before you die. So, here's a list of things you should be adding and let us convince you why.
SWIM WITH SHARKS
Nothing cures the fear of death more than swimming with known predators that the media have villainised. However, we have found one of the best ways to overcome the fear is to actively put yourself in intense situations. Swimming with sharks should, of course, only happen with experts and after rigorous training. It is an experience that is completely worth it in the end.
SEE THE NORTHERN LIGHTS
This is one of nature’s most beautiful phenomena that might skip your mind. This can be considered rather generic of a suggestion but it’s guaranteed to be a one-of-a-kind experience. The Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis can be viewed from Alaska, the Canadian Territories, Iceland, Greenland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Scotland, and Siberia.
LEARN AN INSTRUMENT
Learning an instrument is sort of ingrained into Indian culture as we all may have been enrolled in different classes during our childhood. However, if you haven’t or wish to pick it up, it’s genuinely never too late to learn. It’s one of the best skills you can pick up that’s creative and fun.
RUN A MARATHON
Marathons sound rather exhausting but they are guaranteed to be an improvement to your lifestyle. The training is useful to your health and the sense of accomplishment will fulfil you.
