JBL's Quantum Stream is the company's first desktop USB microphone and is designed for voice recording tasks such as podcasting, live streaming or gaming. It's well-built and comes with a poseable, detachable desk stand with the option to mount it on a boom or taller stand. Powering over USB, it comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable so you will likely need to use your own USB-C to USB-C cable. No drivers are required on the Mac but the Windows driver software also enables an EQ function which Mac users don't get.
