The Inspire 3 counts steps accurately and reliably tracks your heart rate, but it's the sleep monitoring that stands out. For starters it's really easy to wear to bed, but it also offers sleep stage breakdowns and scores that give you a great insight into just how well (or badly) you slept.
There are plenty of dedicated workout modes but no built-in GPS, so you'll need your phone to accurately track outdoor activities.
The Inspire 3 can tell the difference between things like running and swimming, but it's more about hitting daily exercise goals than collecting granular data.
This tracker can help you cope with stress using guided breathing and mindfulness sessions via the Fitbit app - but you'll need to sign up to Premium to access the more detailed features. That also opens up advanced sleep analytics and your Daily Readiness Score.
You don't get the same level of smarts as on Fitbit's watches, but you can view phone notifications, set alarms and timers, turn on the sleep mode, and even use it to track down the location of the phone it's connected to.
Even with almost all of its features in use, the Inspire 3's battery will easily last longer than a week. Put the screen into always-on mode and that'll dip, but it's still a good showing. Recharging it with the proprietary cable takes a couple of hours.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess - It's really not what you expect from a major publisher these days, but Capcom's curious blend of action, real-time strategy and tower defence is one of the most original games you'll play all year
It's really not what you expect from a major publisher these days, but Capcom's curious blend of action, real-time strategy and tower defence is one of the most original games you'll play all year. From its colourful costumes to a pastoral message of healing nature, Kunitsu-Gami is proudly Japanese in its inspirations. Your masked warrior is on a mission to help a divine maiden purge a mountain of an evil 'defilement'... but this is no Link/Zelda dynamic: you'll also rely on villagers to help you beat back monsters.
