The UHD55 joins Optoma’s line-up of mid-range 4K UHD home entertainment projectors. The device offers some interesting features like smart home integration and a custom Android interface.

The UHD55 is compact, lightweight and offers a Vertical Lens Shift dial in addition to the usual zoom lever and focus ring around the lens. The lens shift dial shifts the projection up or down by a certain distance. The zoom lever allows zooming the frame up to 1.3x. For perfect image alignment, the device offers 3x3 warping, four corner correction and keystone correction. A sleek backlit remote control is included in the box, and it works on a CR2035 button cell. Apart from these, the device has the same boxy design as most projectors do.
